Q: I need doughnuts and coffee for a meeting tomorrow! What can I do?

A: Call the café most convenient for pick up and the baristas will get it set up for you.

 

Q: How much are your doughnuts?

A: Our doughnuts are best priced by the dozen at $26.95 each!

 

Q: Do you sell coffee-to-go totes?

A: We sure do! Coffee for 12 (plus cups, cream and sugar) is $21.95 and available at all Top Pot cafés.

 

Q: I need a copy of my receipt, how do I get one?

A: Send us an email with the date of purchase, café you purchased from and the last 4 digits of the card you used. Simple as that!

 

Q: Do you customize doughnuts?

A: Absolutely! We’ve got a great array of sprinkles and specialty toppings! We can mix and match our frostings/glazes on any of our doughnut offerings. We offer our signature pink frosting but do not offer any other tints to frosting at this time.  

 

Q: What type of oil are your doughnuts fried in?

A: We use sustainably harvested zero trans-fat palm oil.

 

Q: Do you offer vegan or gluten-free doughnuts?

A: We do not prepare vegan or gluten-free doughnuts. We do offer several vegan and gluten-light options from our pastry partner Macrina. We also offer several yummy plant based milks for our espresso drinks.

 

Q: I have a nut allergy, can I have Top Pot?

A: Some of our suppliers cite that their manufacturing facilities handle or store peanuts/tree nuts. These are bulk items stored boxed in the same facility that our flours are processed in. We do not incorporate any items that contain nuts.

All Top Pot retail cafes do carry a variety of pastries that contain either pecans, almonds, or walnuts or are manufactured in facilities that carry nuts. We make a point of keeping these items separate from our retail doughnuts to limit cross exposure.

 

Q: What are the common allergens in your doughnuts?

A: Wheat, Soy, Dairy (milk products), Corn and Eggs.

 

Q: Can I buy a gift card online?

A: Not at this time. Please send us an email with a phone number and a good time to call and we can get one in the mail for you!

 

Q: Do you ship out of state?

A: We do not currently offer shipping.

A: Absolutely, we love making sure we’ve got the doughnuts you want! To place an order, simply call the café most convenient for pick up and one of our awesome baristas will get it organized for you!
